Why did you become a seminarian?
My interest in the priesthood really took off when I began altar serving in 5th grade. Through this opportunity I was able to grow in my relationship with God, but also practically be involved in the Mass and gain a deeper understanding of who the priest is and what he does. Ever since, I have had a deeper desire to follow Him. With going on mission trips, being active in my youth group, and viewing my Confirmation as the next step in serving God in my life; I have come to see the will of God for my life, which I believe is to serve Him as His Priest.
Before you entered the seminary, what were you doing?
I attended Illinois Central College for one year and worked at a local furniture store.
An interesting fact about you
